Dr. Nakireka is the Chairperson of Patmos Seasons Ltd’s Board. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, a Master of Medicine in Internal Medicine from Makerere University, and is a Fellow of ECSACOP. She practices as a diabetologist and NCD/Wellness physician at Mengo Hospital Kampala, and teaches at Uganda Christian University. As a passionate NCD advocate, she serves as President-Elect of the East African NCD Alliance and is involved in policy, training, and guideline development. She has authored numerous publications and participated in regional and international health conferences, advancing NCD awareness and management across East Africa.

Dianah Mutagoma is a strategic board member at Patmos Seasons Ltd, with extensive HR expertise. She currently holds a Chief of Operations role at Kolaborate platforms. Her previous roles include Head of People and Culture at The Innovations Village, People and Culture Manager at Marketforce Technologies, and HR Business Partner at M-KOPA Uganda Limited. A Chartered Human Resource Business Partner, Dianah specializes in advisory services to the board in areas such as talent retention, conflict resolution, and change management. Her leadership and experience in organizational development and employee engagement significantly contribute to fostering positive workplace cultures and implementing HR initiatives that are key for Patmos Seasons Ltd.

Emmy Navuga is a highly experienced financial professional with over 20 years of expertise in both the healthcare and private sectors. She has managed large-scale budgets and supported numerous donor-funded projects as an Accounting Officer, overseeing funds from prominent international programs. Currently, Emmy serves on the Advisory Board of Patmos Seasons Ltd, where she leverages her strategic insights and extensive financial experience to promote organizational growth and sustainability.

Lead Advisor - HR Consulting
With over 14 years of experience in HR practice and advisory services, Nangira
Samuel is a strategic leader committed to driving organizational success through
innovative people and business solutions. Currently, he is a Lead Advisor - HR
Consulting at Patmos Seasons. He currently Heads the Human Resources function
at Liberty Insurance Uganda.
Throughout his career, Nangira has provided extensive HR advisory support to
leading organizations, including True North Consult. His professional journey
includes roles such as Head of Human Resources at CFAO Motors (formerly Toyota
Uganda), HR Advisory for The Innovation Village, and Hospice Africa among others.
His expertise spans talent acquisition, employee outsourcing, organizational
development, building high-performance cultures, and aligning HR initiatives with
business objectives.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere
University Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Business Partnering, and
is pursuing further studies in Business and Strategy from the European International
University. His broad and diverse experience makes him a valuable partner in
advancing organizational performance.

Geofrey Mulangira is an experienced leader with over 15 years in institutional management and senior HR roles across healthcare and community organizations. He personally founded and successfully led billion-shilling SACCOs, including Kiwoko Hospital Staff SACCO and Namirembe Hospital Staff SACCO, guiding them to achieve significant financial growth, sustainability, and community empowerment. His expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and financial management, combined with his proven ability to build and scale impactful savings schemes, makes him exceptionally suited to head the Voluntary Savings Business at Patmos Seasons Ltd. His strong track record will ensure the continued success and expansion of the savings programs, maximizing their social and economic impact.

Her extensive clinical expertise and leadership skills drive her commitment to service excellence and community wellness. Dr. Nnunda Ezra Kibirango is a highly experienced internal medicine specialist leading our health business at Patmos Seasons Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Mbarara University, is a Fellow of the College of Physicians of East Central and Southern Africa, and an MRCP(UK) associate member. Practicing at Mengo Hospital, he specializes in Non-Communicable Diseases and Nephrology. Certified as an emergency instructor by ERC and HSI, and a trainer with AstraZeneca’s Primary Care Physician Academy, he brings exceptional clinical expertise and healthcare leadership to drive innovation, quality care, and strategic growth within our health division.
