Currently, he is a Lead Advisor - HR Consulting at Patmos Seasons. He currently Heads the Human Resources function at Liberty Insurance Uganda. Throughout his career, Nangira has provided extensive HR advisory support to leading organizations, including True North Consult. His professional journey includes roles such as Head of Human Resources at CFAO Motors (formerly Toyota Uganda), HR Advisory for The Innovation Village, and Hospice Africa among others. His expertise spans talent acquisition, employee outsourcing, organizational development, building high-performance cultures, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Business Partnering, and is pursuing further studies in Business and Strategy from the European International University.
